One Day Visit to Elephant Land - Chiangmai Elephant Land

08.00-08.30: Pickup from your hotel.
The drive to Elephant Land, on the border of Doi Inthanon National Park, is approximately 2 h. On the way we will stop for a comfort break and refreshments at a local market. The latter part of the drive (10 km) will take you through scenic rice-fields, hill tribe villages and remote jungle to our hidden paradise, which can only be reached using an off-road vehicle.

Here you will be introduced to your elephants.
Meet our elephants and enjoy getting to know each other by feeding and playing. We will then take the elephants for a walk with their mahouts, where you can enjoy observing their natural herd behaviors such as foraging, communicating, and relaxing deep in the jungle.

The walk (about 60 min depending on the weather) can include forests, steep jungle terrain, as well as the terraced rice paddy fields and beautiful scenery of the Karen hill tribe lands, loops back to camp where a delicious lunch awaits.

13.30: Lunch

After lunch, you will join your elephants for a spa in our natural mud-pool. From there, it’s a short walk to our own private waterfall where you’ll bathe and clean your animals and yourself!

You can then spend more time with the elephants back at the camp, feeding them and taking personal photos.
After showering and a change of clothes, we will return to Chiang Mai City and drop you at your chosen destination.

17.30-18.00: Estimated arrival back at your hotel.
