Cancellation & weather

Cancelling your booking

Whatever the terms, message us as early as you can. Because nothing is charged at booking time, an early cancellation costs you nothing and frees the seat for somebody else.

Rain and weather

The herd and the weather are not under anyone's control. We will always tell you honestly what a day is likely to look like before you travel.

If we cancel

If we cancel a day — too few guests, unsafe water, an elephant that needs rest — we tell you as soon as we know and offer another date or a full refund of anything you have paid.
